Adapter for PET bottles for LEAKSHIELD

Adapter for common PET bottles to a LEAKSHIELD device for coolant extraction by suction.

For changes to the liquid cooling system, for example installation of an additional water block, usually the system has to be drained. Owners of a LEAKSHIELD leak prevention system can ease this process by using this adapter, using the negative pressure generated by LEAKSHIELD to suck coolant to a connected bottle. The coolant is extracted without contanimation and may be used to refill the system afterwards.

The adapter is equipped with a G1/4 thread that can be conneted to a low lying point of the cooling system using a compatible fitting. Two further threads connect to a LEAKSHIELD and a PET bottle. Compatible bottles are widely used, for example for beverages.
