This thermally conductive pad is ideally suited to be used with a ramplex series water block. It is made from soft, silicone based material and is equipped with an adhesive couating on one side of the pad for easy installation. This pad is also compatible to most kryographics series water blocks.

Maximum gap to be filled: 0.5 mm
Thermal conductivity: 3,5 W/mK
